MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — A tidal wave of colorfully attired humanity flooded Sun Life Stadium on the first day of Spring to revel in the 10th Annual Jazz in the Gardens Festival.
Women were draped in dynamic sundresses and hip-huggers while the men rocked shorts and they all gyrated to the sounds of Toni Braxton, R. Kelly, Sheila E. and the Men of Soul (Freddie Jackson, Jeffrey Osbourne and Peabo Bryson), while D.L. Hughley made people’s livers quiver with his needle-sharp wit.
