You Can’t Sue Your Way into the White House.

As the country waits with anticipation as the votes continue to be counted in crucial states, Donald Trump and his legal team led by Rudy Giuliani and Eric Trump, Jr., filed a series of lawsuits aimed at stopping the voter count. With his lead dwindling in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona, Trump filed legal challenges in Michigan and Pennsylvania, alleging election observers were not given access to ballot counting sites and in Wisconsin requesting a recount of the votes.

In a press conference held Wednesday, Rudy Giuliani and Eric Trump demanded Pennsylvania stop counting votes saying there was a lack of transparency in the process. Giuliani falsely claimed “rampant corruption” occurred in Philadelphia.

“We have no idea if they really are ballots if they are signed if they are postmarked properly if it isn’t just the same person who submitted one hundred thousand ballots, they all counted. This is the way they intend to win.” -Rudy Giuliani.

Biden currently is leading in votes in Arizona and Nevada. Trump’s lead in Georgia and Pennsylvania is also dwindling. Sources say Trump has become increasingly panicked as Biden inches closer to the 270 electoral votes needed to win the Presidency. For months Trump has falsely claimed that mail-in ballots would be vulnerable to massive fraud. Mail-in Votes tend to lean more democratic, fueling Trump’s desire to quell the vote.

Trump supporters held separate protests in Michigan and Arizona with conflicting messages. In Arizona, armed supporters surrounded the ballot counting location chanting “Count all the Votes,” whereas, in Michigan, Trump supporters demanded that they “stop the count.”

Biden currently leads Trump in the popular vote and the electoral college vote with 253 votes. A win in Arizona and Nevada would give Biden enough votes to win the Presidency even without Georgia or Pennsylvania.
