We request a proposal from your firm for the Illinois Department of Transportation FAI Route 90/94/290 – Kennedy Mainline Expwy NB from Roosevelt Rd to Lake/Madison Street FAI Route 90/94/290 – Kennedy Mainline Expwy SB from Lake/Madison Street to Roosevelt Road Subcontractors and suppliers can access plans and specifications online at the Walsh Group Site, IDOT #169-62A76 link is as follows: https://securecc.smartinsight.co/#/PublicBidProject/509423, IDOT #170- 62A77 link is as follows: https://securecc.smartinsight.co/#/PublicBidProject/509431 or are available to review at Walsh Construction Company II, LLC office located at 929 W. Adams Street Chicago, IL 60607. In order to assist certified DBE Enterprise, Contractors and Suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller activities or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation of disadvantaged businesses where feasible. All subcontractors and material suppliers are required to execute our standard “Subcontract Agreement” and/or “Purchase Order”. We do require 100% Performance & Payment or supply bonds.
