The healthcare apparel brand takes over Chicago’s Illinois Medical District and Old Town with a tongue-in-cheek “Anti-Pizza-Party Pizza Party” May 6-12.
FIGS, the healthcare apparel brand known for reimagining what it means to celebrate the medical community, is taking over Chicago this Nurses Week (May 6-12) with a series of free, nurse-only activations under the banner of its “Anti-Pizza-Party Pizza Party,” a tongue-in-cheek nod to the all-too-familiar admin pizza drop that’s long been the standard way to thank hospital staff.
While policies shift, budgets are cut, and the nursing profession faces mounting pressures with 1 in 6 nurses leaving bedside this year and 264,000+ nursing roles unfilled nationwide FIGS is channeling Chicago’s iconic pizza culture to give nurses something that actually feels like a celebration.

- The FIGS Slice Shop at Professor Pizza (Old Town): FIGS is transforming Professor Pizza into an exclusive, retro-inspired celebration for nurses and healthcare professionals only, closed to the general public.
- Offerings: Free slices in FIGS-branded boxes, games, giveaways, and a real break, on FIGS.

The Chicago activations are the in-person centerpiece of FIGS’ broader Nurses Week “Never Change” campaign, which includes a film highlighting the realities of nursing today, featuring eight real nurses and inspired by their real experiences to help shape its creative direction, OOH across Chicago, and a sitewide 20% discount through May 12.
