We request a proposal from your firm for the Chicago, Department of Aviation. Subcontractors and suppliers can access plans and specifications online at the Walsh Group Site, https://securecc.smartinsight.co/#/PublicBidProject/491440 or are available to review at Walsh Construction Company II, LLC office located at 929 W. Adams Street Chicago, IL 60607.
In order to assist certified DBE Enterprise, Contractors and Suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller activities or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation of disadvantaged businesses where feasible.
All subcontractors and material suppliers are required to execute our standard “Subcontract Agreement” and/or “Purchase Order”. We do require 100% Performance & Payment or supply bonds. If there are any questions or concerns with our standard subcontract, bonding requirements, insurance, or any other matter regarding this project please feel free to contact us.
