After more than three months of captivating Chicagoans and visitors with unforgettable gaming entertainment experiences, Bally’s Chicago will soon extend its hours of operation. On Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2024, the casino will open at 8 a.m. and remain open, offering gaming to the City of Chicago 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“Opening our doors 24/7 is an important step as we continue to increase our visitation.”, said Mark Wong, Vice President and General Manager of Bally’s Chicago Casino. “For November, we were the second most visited casino in the state, and we saw our highest guest admissions to date. This is a progression towards attaining the goals we set out to achieve and gives us similar hours to other local casino properties.”
Additional Offerings:
Parking: With expanded hours of operation and as a benefit to Bally’s Chicago customers, Bally Rewards cardholders will have access to Free or Discounted parking conveniently located directly across the street from the casino. Bally’s customers can park at R.O.W. Garage, located at 50 E. Ohio St., 24 hours a day, then present their parking ticket for validation upon leaving the casino.
Shuttle Service: Bally’s Chicago is also making it easier for players to get to the casino by offering dedicated shuttle routes at select locations within the city. The casino currently offers an hourly shuttle service direct to the casino for customers coming from the areas near Wentworth and 28th Street and Wentworth and Archer, near the Chinatown Library. The casino also has plans to expand shuttle services to other areas of Chicago. The most up-to-date schedules and routes are available on Bally’s Chicago website.
Expanded Dining Hours: To accommodate guests around the clock within the casino, Wabash Café will expand its service to 24 hours a day, offering quick-serve meals, including breakfast options. The casino’s remaining food and beverage outlets, Kitchen 888, Medinah Bistro, and the Circle Bar, will maintain their current hours of operation.
“We are excited to give players more opportunities to enjoy all that Bally’s Chicago has to offer,” said Mark Wong. “We look forward to continuously providing a fun, rewarding environment for residents and tourists alike.”
Since opening the doors of its downtown Chicago location, players have enjoyed access to three levels of gaming with nearly 800 slot machines, 56 table games, and locally influenced dining options crafted specifically for Bally’s Chicago and its guests. Along with the construction and eventual opening of a state-of-the-art casino at the former Tribune Publishing plant site, Bally’s will support Chicago’s economic development by creating many career opportunities and adding substantial economic value.
