An Atlanta judge decided that Usher Raymond will retain primary custody of his 2 sons, Naviyd, 4, and Usher V, 5, with ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond,reports TMZ.[1] Judge John J. Goger made the decision at the conclusion of an emergency hearing called after Usher V nearly drowned in a pool at the singer’s home on Wednesday. As previously reported by NewsOne, Usher’s 5-year-old namesake attempted to retrieve a toy trapped in a pool drain on Aug. 6, when his arm got stuck. Adults on the scene, including Usher’s Aunt Rena Oden, attempted to rescue him, but were unsuccessful. Fortunately, two male employees were able to free the child, who received CPR before being rushed to an Atlanta hospital. The former Fugees star was booked into the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn., around 11:45 a.m. It is a minimum security facility and Hill will live in barracks-type housing. According to the entertainment news site, Hill will be housed with the general population. As NewsOne previously reported[4], Hill pleaded guilty to three charges of failing to pay $1.8 million for three tax years from 2005 to 2007. The assault reportedly took place while Jordan was walking the show’s red carpet. She has filed a police report against the woman.
