In the latest chapter in the Amanda Bynes saga, the former child TV star of Nickelodeon’s “All That, The Amanda Show” and “What I Like About You” sent out the following Tweet on Monday about President Barack Obama and the First Lady Michelle Obama: The tweet is just the latest in Bynes,’ who has also starred in films “Hairspray” and “Big Fat Liar,” erratic behavior. As part of his “Middle Class Jobs & Opportunity Tour,” President Barack Obama has traveled to North Carolina to announce a new digital education initiative that aims to give 99 percent of students access to high-speed Internet and wireless connectivity. Obama will deliver the announcement at Mooresville Middle School in North Carolina this afternoon, a school that has benefited greatly from the use of upgraded technology and digital learning. One of my favorite book series is Anne Rice’s “The Vampire Chronicles.” They include her books “Interview with a Vampire,” “The Vampire Lestat,” and “Queen of the Damned,” among others. These stories sucked you right in. They are fun reads and fast paced. In these stories, you read of certain characters that are whispered about and referred to as “Those Who Must Be Kept.” It turns out that “those who must be kept” are the two original vampires, Kemet’s Queen Akasha and King Enkil. They were created as vampires by a spirit more than 5,000 years ago.
