The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) invites firms to submit a proposal in response to this RFP.
The RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26, applicable to all its contracts regardless of funding source. The RTA strongly encourages vendors to make good faith efforts to utilize DBEs as subconsultants, subcontractors, suppliers or joint venture partners on this project. A listing of certified DBEs providing relevant services or commodities can be accessed at the Illinois Department of Transportation website:

All questions must be submitted through the RTA Supplier Portal at http://rtachicago.org/supplierportal no later than Monday, January 12, 2026 at 1:00PM, CST.
The RTA invites Respondents to submit an electronic proposal for the above-described event number. Respondents shall upload all documents as described in the RFP via the RTA Supplier Portal at http://rtachicago.org/supplierportal. Proposals must be received and electronically time-stamped no later than the date and time listed in the event. Responses are received, but not publicly opened.
