Media mogul Oprah Winfrey (pictured) has earned first place on Forbesā€˜ annual Celebrity 100 list after two years in second place.

Winfrey made an estimated $77 million between June 2012 and June 2013. Though down from her $165 million earnings the  year before, she leads the list because of her strong fame scores in areas such as press mentions and social networking.

Her OWN Network, while initially unsuccessful for parent company Discovery, has turned around for the better, with increasing viewership and new programs.

O Magazine, talk shows from proteges including Rachael Ray and Dr. Phil and a network on Sirius Satellite Radio also factored into Winfreyā€™s top billing on the list.

This marks Winfreyā€™s fifth time leading the rankings.

ā€œThere is nobody else with that kind of consistency and power,ā€ Forbes.com writer Dorothy Pomerantz told Reuters. ā€There are only three people who have been on every single one of our lists since 1999. It is Oprah, Howard Stern and Steven Spielberg.ā€

ā€œShe still wields an enormous amount of power, which is really what we look for in our fame matrix, she added. ā€œShe is taking this cable network and turning it around just through the sheer force of her will, her connections and her ability.ā€
