Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn plans to greet about 180 members of the Illlinois National Guard as they return to Chicago from serving in Afghanistan. The governor is scheduled to address the military members at a ceremony at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Monday morning. The soldiers are Chicago-based and from the Illinois Army National Guard Headquarters Co., 1-178th Infantry, 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Quinn is to be joined by Maj. Gen. William Enyart, who is adjutant general for the Illinois National Guard.
