A teacher at Chicago Vocational Career Academy is suspected of having sex with one of her students, including an incident in a classroom.
Bridgette Miller, 39, has been charged with criminal sexual assault. She’s being held on $150,000 bail
Prosecutors say she got the 17-year-old’s phone number from another student and exchanged texts with him before their first alleged encounter.
Police found text messages that mentioned sex between the two.
Prosecutors say Miller had sex with the boy behind a South Side Walgreens store and inside of a classroom.
The Chicago Tribune reports that Chicago Public Schools could not immediately comment on the allegations.
