Entertainment Experience Culminates with Slim of 112 Headlining the 360 Music R&B Day Party
For more than 17 years, entertainment executive, producer, and entrepreneur Cherie Buchanan, Founder and CEO of Simply C360, has been committed to one mission: creating meaningful opportunities for independent artists to develop their craft, gain exposure, and perform on professional stages. That mission continues as she brings the Stage Ready Showcase back to Chicago on Friday, July 24, launching an exciting three-day entertainment experience designed to spotlight the next generation of talent.
Produced by 360 Live Experience and 360 Comedy Network, the Stage Ready Showcase is more than a talent competition it’s a professional development platform where emerging R&B singers and comedians perform before live audiences, entertainment professionals, and industry guests for the opportunity to earn additional paid and featured performance opportunities throughout the weekend.
Selected performers will have the opportunity to perform at an exclusive VIP event at Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago and open for Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Slim of 112 during the 360 Music R&B Day Party on Sunday, July 26, in Lynwood, Illinois.

The weekend concludes with the 360 Music R&B Day Party, hosted by Cherie Buchanan and featuring a live performance by Slim of 112, whose unmistakable voice helped define an era of R&B with chart-topping classics including Cupid, Only You, Anywhere, Dance With Me, and Peaches & Cream. The event celebrates timeless R&B while showcasing the next generation of artists who are continuing the genre’s legacy.
