Chicago’s leading professional dancers return to The Rhapsody Theater stage for three unforgettable performances benefiting the Chicago Dance Health Fund

The C5 Artists Foundation, a non-profit organization established to support the Chicago dance and artistic community, presents Dance Divas, a two-night showcase featuring performances by members of the Chicago professional dance community. The event returns to The Rhapsody Theater in Rogers Park on October 10th & 11th and benefits the Chicago Dance Health Fund. This year’s theme, “Everything Old is New Again,” pays homage to professional dance legends, proving that while times change, showstopping performances are forever. Tickets are available now for purchase.

“Dance Divas unites Chicago’s professional dance community,” said Jeremy Plummer, founder of The C5 Artists Foundation, artistic director and co-choreographer of Dance Divas. “It’s an honor to support the Chicago Dance Health Fund while celebrating the talent and resiliency of our community, and a rare opportunity to see some of Chicago’s world class dancers share the stage in a fun and glamorous concert revival of iconic performances.”

Dance Divas features dancers from The Joffrey Ballet, Giordano Dance Chicago, Chicago Movement Collective, Chicago Repertory, C5 “create with no limits.” and more. For nearly two decades, Dance Divas has been an anticipated fixture of Chicago’s arts calendar.  This year’s beneficiary is The Chicago Dance Health Fund, which provides short-term financial assistance to local dance professionals facing health crises.

“Each year, more than 40 professional dancers from across Chicago come together to celebrate, uplift and support their community,” said Harrison McEldowney, co-choreographer of Dance Divas. “Dance Divas is so special because it is a fundraiser for dancers, by dancers and a wonderful opportunity to showcase the extraordinary talent that makes the Chicago dance scene so vibrant.”

This year’s performance is choreographed by Harrison McEldowney and Jeremy Plummer. Sarah Kelley and Jay Frankovich are co-chairs of Dance Divas 2026.
