Avondale Community To Welcome New Fine Dining Bistro, With Creole Inspired Cuisine”

Chicago’s North Side is certainly becoming a hub for fantastic eateries. The Avondale community is adding yet another to their growing list of greats. CheSa’s Bistro & Bar will offer a fusion of Creole and contemporary American flavors in a full fine dining ambience.

The 1800 square-foot bar & bistro will feature scratch-made American delicacies that helped to grow Chef CheSa’s pick & delivery business in the Avondale community during quarantine. “Avondale offered a solid foundation for me to settle down and grow my business with its creative and diverse restaurant scene that caters to many different cultures. My little bistro is the perfect place for my location, and I can’t wait for Chicagoans to experience the flavorful food made with love and craft cocktails,” said Chef CheSa.

The owner of this new establishment is no stranger to the food industry. Chef CheSa’s food creations have been featured in Ebony Magazine, Chicago’s Best, and the Chicago Tribune (to name a few) as a foodie favorite on Chicago’s street food scene. Chef CheSa is also the owner of CheSa’s Gourmet Gluten Free Food Truck, which is the only Gluten Free food truck in the Chicagoland area. The bistro will feature a gluten-free bar and menu for allergy-friendly folks and the foodie-enthusiast.

We are pleased to announce that the grand opening of CheSa’s Bistro & Bar will take place on Thursday, October 20th, located at 3235 W Addison from 4p-11p. Prepare your palette for starters such as charbroiled oysters; main course dishes such as chicken pasta made with roux creamy mix tortellini; finally, the dessert menu will feature items like deep fried cinnamon rolls. There is something for everyone, including a kid’s menu plus vegetarian options. Expect a delicious array of craft cocktails as well.

CheSa is not just the owner of the Gluten Tootin’ Free Food Truck, she’s a proud client. After adopting a gluten-free lifestyle, she found more difficulties getting accommodated than she anticipated, climaxing in visiting a food truck festival she could barely touch. Taking matters into her own hands, she started a truck of her own that caters to honest-to-God foodies while honestly staying free of all glutinous temptations.
