As a leader for over 22 years, Yvonette Clarice Lawson demonstrates strong guidance and professionalism working within diverse organizations and teams.

Graduating with honors from Florida A&M University with a Bachelors Degree of Science and a Masters Degree of Education, Yvonette knew service was her passion.

Yvonette, the business owner of Creative Elements, coordinates events that uplift individuals, organizations, and communities. As a Customer Service Manager, she works with health plan providers to create communication strategies for high performing teams regarding the availability of testing and health care options. While achieving company objectives, she also encourages career development, and promotes community service opportunities in conjunction with Elevance Health Cares Inc.

As a mentor for the Chicago Public Schools S.T.E.M programs, Yvonette assists teenagers with creating academic goals, promoting higher education, and sustaining healthy life-style choices. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Chicago, she promotes financial and educational advancement programs, voters’ registration, blood drives, and ensures our national organizations support underprivileged populations.

Yvonette’s goal is to continue developing her leadership and community service skills as she travels through life’s journey.
