Shantenae Robinson

Shantenae “Shay” Robinson is a strategic leader whose work sits at the intersection of workforce innovation, public policy, and equitable economic mobility. She has built a career designing large-scale initiatives that expand access to opportunity, strengthen talent pipelines, and connect communities to meaningful career pathways. 

Known for her ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution, Shay brings clarity, discipline, and collaboration to complex environments. Her career includes experience across local, county, municipal, and federal government, providing a comprehensive understanding of how policy is shaped, implemented, and sustained—including service within the Obama White House. 

Shay holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration, completing her graduate studies at the age of 23. She has served on the boards of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club, reflecting a longstanding commitment to community and youth development. 

Outside of her professional work, Shay is a competitive tennis player, a discipline that mirrors the focus, resilience, and strategic thinking that define her leadership.
