Kirstin L. Jones is Vice President, Digital Marketing & Community Engagement at First Women’s Bank, the first bank formed to grow the economy and elevate the role of women within it while closing the gender lending gap. In this role, she leads digital strategy and is spearheading the First Women’s Business Collective, a national platform connecting business owners with resources and access to capital. Previously, Kirstin served as Chief of Staff, supporting executive leadership in operationalizing the bank at its inception. 

Before joining FWB, Kirstin was Deputy Chief of Staff at the Obama Foundation, supporting financial leadership, business diversity initiatives, and community engagement for the Obama Presidential Center. She also served as a political appointee in the Obama Administration at the U.S. Small Business Administration, advocating nationwide for small business owners. 

Kirstin serves on the associate boards of Easterseals Serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford and Sunshine Enterprises and is a board member of Red Clay Dance Company. She is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Chicago Metropolitan Chapter. Kirstin earned her MBA from Loyola University Chicago and her BA in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.
