Brittany N. Wilson is the North America Social Impact Manager at PepsiCo, where she advances the company’s philanthropic business strategy with a primary focus on workforce development for youth and young adults, while also supporting efforts that expand food access and strengthen farming and agricultural communities. She partners closely with community-based organizations to design, scale, and evaluate initiatives that deliver measurable impact and economic opportunity. Her workforce development work has been recognized by leading nonprofit agencies in Chicago and honored globally with PepsiCo’s prestigious Harvey C. Russell Award. A strategic and purpose-driven leader with nearly a decade of experience across communications, community engagement, and social impact, Brittany is known for building strong cross-sector partnerships and aligning business and community priorities. She previously spent five seasons with the Chicago Bulls in Community Relations and currently serves on the Advisory Council for Social Change Fund United. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she holds an B.S. in Mass Communications and an M.A. in Communications Management. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, and resides in Chicago, Illinois.
