Through Instagram pics taken at the Met Gala afterparty where Beyonce, Solange and Jay Z were posted up, Radar Online has pieced together the events leading up to Solange’s elevator attack on Jay Z.
After the Vogue party at New York’s Metropolitan Museum, Jay and B hit up the after-party in the Standard Hotel’s Boom Boom Room. Although they arrived in the same car, they appeared distant, with Beyonce walking in a few feet ahead of her husband.
Once inside, they were spotted deep in conversation at a secluded table in a deserted corner of the crowded room:
For most of the party, though, Beyonce stuck by her sister’s side. The two posed for a pic with Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o.

As video leaked to the media shows, she soon erupted on her brother-in-law, punching and kicking him during a wild all-out attack in the elevator on the way down.
