Wendy Williams took a beat down of epic proportions from Aaliyah’s most ardent fans Saturday night for the dumpster fire that was “Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B” on the Lifetime channel.
Williams, 50, stepped in as an executive producer of Lifetime’s so-called accurate portrayal of Aaliyah Dana Haughton, which premiered Nov. 15, but was continuously assailed by casting issues and Aaliyah family buck-back.
Now Williams wished she had of taken the hint and backed out the project. But since she arrogantly refused, the concoction has blown up in her face. And worse, Twitter and Instagram roasted Williams. Take a look.
