Hundreds of people converged in suburban Atlanta on Monday for a candlelight vigil in honor of Whitney Houston’s ailing daughter Bobbi Kristina.
The event, titled Shining a Light for Healing for Bobbi Kristina Brown, took place at the Riverdale Town Center Amphitheatre and was attended by a huge crowd, which included several members of Brown’s family.
“Forget that he [Bobby Brown] is a renowned artist. That her mama, the late Whitney Houston, was a renowned artist. These [are] still people. They bleed and hurt like us,” said Riverdale mayor Dr. Evelyn Wynn-Dixon.
