Vincent’s background brings over 25 years with McDonald’s Corporation has been in Operations and Training. He brings with him multi-region and Home-office experience, where he has been able to make significant impact to the entire McDonald’s system.

In June of 2017, a dream came true for Vincent and his wife, Marina. They had the opportunity to purchase 3 McDonald’s restaurants here in the Chicagoland area and have grown the organization over the years to 14 restaurants. They are very excited and engaged in what they do inside and outside of the restaurants. As a member of the BMOA (Black McDonald’s Operator Association), Vincent has been instrumental in giving back to the community in more ways than one. Participation in the 20th annual Food for the Body and Spirit Turkey and trimmings give away of over 4000 turkeys to those in need on the South and West sides of Chicago, as well as Northwest Indiana and other neighborhoods throughout Chicagoland. Vincent was also part partnership of the BMOA and UNCF for the first annual Golf Tournament, which raised over $60,000 for local CPS students to attend college. The Hale family organization believes in giving back by providing job opportunities to those from the communities in which they do business. In a very short time, Vincent and Marina have been pretty busy with supporting their employees with Archways to opportunity (high school diploma program and college assistance), Coffee with a cop, partnership with 4th and 5th District Police Departments for Pictures with Santa, supporting Chicago Southshore International Prep School scholarships, instrumental in the Chicago Youth Employment Opportunity initiative and countless others. Vincent also sits on the MOCNI Board of Directors as well as plays the role as the Government Relations Operator Lead for MOCNI, CET, FAC and NFLA.

Vincent’s last role while on the corporate side was as a Field Service Manager, in which he oversaw 160 restaurants with combined annual sales volume of $360 million. In this role, he partnered and collaborated with the franchisees to execute strategies to improve restaurant Operations, adhering to and maintaining McDonald’s standards and increasing profitable sales and guest count growth.

Vincent joined McDonald’s in 1988 as a crew member in Detroit, Michigan, and began his management path. Vincent has worked in Operations and Training departments: from Restaurant Management, Market Trainer, McOpCo Area Supervisor, Training Consultant to Business Consultant all in the Southern California Region.

In 2007, Vincent joined the Home Office staff as a Hamburger University Professor, where he was very instrumental in developing and motivating our restaurant managers. He also worked with U.S. Operations to development eLearning focused on Restaurant and Organizational Profitability.
