Today, Fred Hoiberg announced that Rose has been cleared for non-basketball activities and has been fitted for the mask that he will wear to protect his surgically repaired eye socket once he returns to the court for action.
Derrick Rose was hit by an elbow that caused an orbital eye fracture on the very first day of Bulls training camp and has been sidelined ever since.
Rose was spotted getting some shots up before the Bulls played the Pistons in their fifth of 8 preseason games. Does it mean Rose is closer to being back on the practice floor? We shall see. For now, checkout the video below of Rose getting shots up pregame vs the Pistons.
