Venezuela moves in on Colombia

Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez said March 2 he was ordering tanks and thousands of troops sent to Venezuela’s border with Colombia, accusing his neighbor of pushing South America to the brink of war and saying his government’s embassy in Bogota will be closed.
