Four people were shot in the city last weekend, including two teens, police said. A 17-year-old boy was shot in the legs Friday in the 7800 block of South Wabash Avenue. Two people were arrested in connection with the shooting. A bullet grazed an unidentified person Friday in the 5600 block of South Bishop Street. Garfield Rogers, 66, was fatally shot in the head Saturday in an alley in the 5700 block of West Huron Street. A 16-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to his foot Sunday near the 4400 block of South Hermitage Avenue.
