KENOSHA, Wis. — Kenosha police have arrested two men in an armed robbery and fatal shooting at a custard stand. Police found 23-year-old Daniel Gonzalez at a Kenosha residence around 11 p.m. Wednesday night. An hour and a half later, they arrested 28-year-old Julian Miller. Authorities say Miller fled, resisted arrest and was shocked with a Taser. An officer jammed his finger and Miller had facial and head abrasions. Both were treated and released from a local hospital. Eighteen-year-old Robert Wilde (WIHL-dee) was killed at Shirl’s Custard Sunday evening. A 43-year-old manager was wounded. Sgt. Hugh Rafferty says police are uncertain of a motive. Chief John Morrissey said Wednesday that it was an apparent robbery gone bad. Police believe Miller pulled the trigger. The case could be forwarded to the district attorney in the next few days. ______ AP Photo/Kenosha News, Brian Passino Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
