Tina Knowles-Lawson, Beverly Johnson, Dr. Cindy Trimm, and more were on hand as The BOSS Network continued its 12th-anniversary celebration with its recent “Ladies that Lead Conference.” Founded by CEO Cameka Smith, The BOSS Network is an online community of professional and entrepreneurial women who support each other through digital content, programs, and event-based networking. Its purpose is to promote and encourage the small business spirit and career development of women.

The BOSS Network’s annual “Ladies that Lead Conference,” which took place as a virtual experience for the first time on Saturday, November 13th, was geared toward highlighting women of influence who impart their strategies for success. Headliners included: businesswoman+philanthropist Tina Knowles-Lawson, supermodel+fashion icon Beverly Johnson, Retrouvé Skincare  Founder Jami Heidegger, renowned business strategist and author Dr. Cindy Trimm, and more. The virtual conference featured close to 300 attendees who left empowered and equipped with the tools needed to build a pathway for economic equity.
