About 250 million children throughout the world are lacking basic education skills, but global aid to education causes has dropped significantly since 2010.
A new report out Wednesday from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) details how global aid to education has dropped 10 percent in recent years.
