CHICAGO-True Chicago hoop fanatics had a full dose of great basketball to take in this past weekend.
For my NBA people, you had the chance to see two future Hall Of Famers in Lebron James and Dwyane Wade face off in a December matchup of two of the NBA’s eastern conferences’ best teams with the Bulls vs Cavs game Friday night. But for those who have a passion for finding out “who’s got next?” like myself, Â you had the 5th Annual Chicago Elite Classic. A 2-day showcase where top local high school teams, as well as some of the top high school teams from around the country made their way to the UIC Pavilion to kickoff their 2016 seasons.
