Professionally, Tenille has successfully engaged in a variety of career building enterprises from street team development and management to integrated marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, and a Master of Education in Organizational Development & Training from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Over time, what has remained consistent is Tenille’s passion for impacting the goals and objectives of her clients through strategic integration of a unique toolkit she’s created to yield long term results.  As a marketer, her strategic efforts support individuals as well as businesses. Tenille believes in fostering community hiring, and leveraging her significant partnerships with state, city and community organizations. 

Tenille’s also the proud mom of Raegan, who was the inspiration for the creation of The Chicagoland Mom Squad, a network of over 15,000+ moms. In her spare time, she enjoys roller skating, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
