Tene’ Gray was born on April 13, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois. She earned her B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University. Tene’ then went on to complete a M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction from Concordia University and a M.A. in Educational Administration from Governors State University.

Tene’ began her journey as an educator for Chicago Public Schools where she taught middle school. Tene’ chose teaching as a way to give back. Through her passion for teaching, she sought to inspire and influence countless middle school students as their literacy teacher in every school where she taught!

Currently, as a Training & Design Manager at Adler University, a Real Estate Broker with Baird & Warner, and the founder of A.R.T. Development Consortium, LLC, a real estate development company, Tene’ believes her purpose on Earth is to serve and support. She’s been blessed to demonstrate this throughout her career. Whether it be actively working with students, teachers/adult learners or mentoring new realtors, Tene’ is a dedicated Servant-Leader, expressed in every aspect of her personal and professional life.
