A 15-year-old student from Chicago International Charter School’s Longwood campus on West 95th Street was fatally shot during an apparent robbery Wednesday afternoon. Marquell Blake was shooting dice with friends in the 7000 block of South Carpenter Street around 12:30 p.m. when a man fatally shot the boy in the chest, police said.
