In the latest chapter in the Amanda Bynes saga, the former child TV star of Nickelodeon’s “All That, The Amanda Show” and “What I Like About You” sent out the following Tweet on Monday about President Barack Obama and the First Lady Michelle Obama: The tweet is just the latest in Bynes,’ who has also starred in films “Hairspray” and “Big Fat Liar,” erratic behavior. Last April, Bynes was pulled over[2] for drunken driving, in May, she threw[3] a bong from her Manhattan apartment, and later that month, she showed up for a court case with a platinum wig (pictured below).
