The work consists of: Construction Service to build a new Peterson/Ridge Station and Rehabilitate the existing adjacent bridges at Peterson Ave and Ridge Ave on Metra’s Union Pacific North Line in Chicago, IL Subcontractors and suppliers can access plans and specifications online at the Walsh Group Site, https://securecc.smartinsight.co/#/PublicBidProject/502200 or are available to review at Walsh Construction Company II, LLC office located at 929 W. Adams Street Chicago, IL 60607 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
In order to assist certified Disadvantage Business Enterprise Contractors and Suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller activities or quantities and establish delivery and construction schedules which will permit maximum participation of disadvantaged businesses where feasible.
All subcontractors and material suppliers are required to execute our standard “Subcontract Agreement” and/or “Purchase Order”. We do require 100% Performance & Payment or supply bonds. Please feel free to contact us about this project.
