NEW YORK — The scene was like something out of a movie — except it wasn’t. Workers preparing a Manhattan neighborhood for an upcoming movie shoot saw real bullets flying outside a housing project, the Daily News reported. Feliberto Rivera was hanging "no parking" signs in the Chelsea section for Queen Latifah’s new movie, "Just Wright." He said he saw a man lying on the street outside, yelling for help. Police and witnesses say the victim got out of a car and began arguing with two men. Then, they say, someone started shooting. The man was hit in the torso and the leg Sunday. He’s in stable condition at a hospital. Shooting of "Just Wright" is to begin Monday. It’s about a sports trainer who falls in love with a professional basketball player. ______ Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
