Sheldon L. Sherman’s passion for leading and caring for others led him to an honorable career in law enforcement. Sheldon began his career with the Cook County Sheriff’s Department before joining the ranks of the Chicago Police Department.

True to his love for the community, he worked in the neighborhood relations unit, where he was a crime prevention speaker engaged in collaborating with the community to foster a better relationship between the police department and its residents.

Sheldon has continued his leadership by becoming a real-estate developer. Building several single-family homes. Sheldon has also engaged in real estate investing for over 20 years throughout the Chicagoland area.

Sheldon is a founding member of the I AM 78 LLC Investment Club. He graduated from Morgan Park High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University, where he was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Sheldon has made his life’s journey about achievement, raising his three children, serving his community, and uplifting his fellow man.
