Sabiena Foster, a Chicago native, pursued her desire for higher learning by attending Illinois State University where she became Program Director and a radio personality while achieving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications.

She began her career at FedEx Express where she eagerly worked her way up the corporate ladder. Her allegiance to excellence trailblazed her path to utilize her talents in management, communications and community outreach. She currently manages regional sponsorships, volunteer service engagements, and employee milestone programs within the U.S. and Canada locations.

Sabiena is a 3-time recipient of FedEx Express most prestigious leadership Five Star Award in recognition of succeeding in the Top 1% worldwide. Her proudest achievements are her two children and supportive husband. Both of her children are recent college graduates.

Having the honor to represent FedEx twice at the New York Stock Exchange to ring the closing bell with FedEx Officers, has been her greatest career achievement.
