The City of Chicago opened its 3rd round of Emergency Rental Assistance for COVID-19 impacted landlords and renters last week. Residents can receive up to 15 months of rental payments for the past 12 months and up to three months in the future. The Illinois Moratorium on COVID related evictions ends in August. The City is asking residents not to wait to apply for help.
