Rockie Douglas, Suspect In String Of Carjackings And Fatal Crash That Killed 11-Year-Old Boy, Captured

U.S. Marshals have captured the man they say is responsible for a string of car jackings, including one that led to a crash that killed an 11-year-old Chicago boy on his way to a haircut.
Rockie Douglas, 34, was captured at a McDonald’s drive-thru in Milwaukee early Tuesday, WGN reports.
The Marshal’s pinned the vehicle Douglas was driving against the restaurant, ABC Chicago reports. Douglas eventually “surrendered peacefully,” but not before police say he tried to use a female passenger as a shield.
