On Wednesday, Illinois Congresswoman Robin Kelly announced funeral arrangements for her late husband, Dr. Nathaniel Horn.

Rep. Kelly announced Dr. Horn’s passing over the weekend. The couple just had their 20th wedding anniversary earlier this month. 

“My husband was a remarkable man. He was a loving father, a compassionate husband, an incredible friend, and a great doctor that touched the lives of many people in a positive way,” Kelly said in a statement. 

Below are the details of Dr. Horn’s funeral arrangements:

 

Visitation: Wednesday, August 23, 4-7 p.m.
