The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) invites firms to submit a bid in response to this IFB.
The RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) Program in accordance withregulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26, applicable to all its contracts regardless of funding source. The RTA strongly encourages vendors to make good faith efforts to utilize DBEs as subconsultants, subcontractors, suppliers or joint venture partners on this project. The RTA invites bidders to submit an electronic bid for the above-described solicitation number. Bidders shall upload all documents as described in the IFB via the RTA Supplier Portal at http://rtachicago.org/supplierportal. Bids must be received and electronically time-stamped no later than the date and time listed in the solicitation.
All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the due time on the date listed above. The public bid opening will be held by remote meeting.
