MOBILITY SERVICES PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) invites firms to submit a proposal in response to this RFP.
The RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26, applicable to all its contracts regardless of funding source. The RTA strongly encourages vendors to make good faith efforts to utilize DBEs as subconsultants, subcontractors, suppliers or joint venture partners on this project. The RTA invites respondents to submit an electronic proposal for the above described solicitation/event number. Respondents shall upload all documents as described in the RFP via the RTA Supplier Portal at: http://rtachicago.org/supplierportal. Proposals must be electronically received no later than the date and time listed in the solicitation. Proposals are received, but not publicly opened.
