The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) invites firms to submit a response to this RFP
The RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26, applicable to all its contracts regardless of funding source. The RTA strongly encourages vendors to make good faith efforts to utilize DBEs as subconsultants, subcontractors, suppliers or joint venture partners on this project. All clarifications must be submitted through the RTA Procurement Portal at https://rtachicago.procureware.com/ no later than Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:00PM, CST.
All questions must be submitted through the RTA Procurement Portal at https://rtachicago.procureware.com/ no later than Monday, August 10, 2020 at 12:30PM, CST.
The RTA invites Respondents to submit an electronic proposal for the above described solicitation number. Respondents shall upload all documents as described in the RFP via the RTA Procurement Portal at: https://rtachicago.procureware.com/. Proposals must be received and electronically time-stamped no later than the date and time listed in the solicitation. Proposals are received, but not publicly opened.
