Railhead Corporation seeks ILUCP-certified DBE/SBE vendors to Design and Furnish a complete Video Recording System for 5000 and 3200 Series Rail Cars. Railhead intends to conduct itself in “Good Faith” with DBE firms on this project. Railhead shall divide the work into smaller units to increase opportunities.
