Chicago police say a 16-year-old boy faces murder charges in the death of another teen during what authorities say was a "robbery gone bad." The Cook County medical examiner’s office on Sunday said 17-year-old Justin Daniels of Chicago died from a gunshot wound to the head. Authorities say he was shot Saturday while sitting in the driver’s side of a vehicle on the city’s South Side. Chicago police did not release the name of the 16-year-old because of his age. Police say the investigation is ongoing. ______ Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.
