CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago police say a 1-year-old-boy tested positive for cocaine and PCP after a witness saw him chewing on a piece of tinfoil thought to be tainted with both drugs. Officer Melvin Branch says the boy was at a West Side house on Sunday where he was spotted chewing on the foil. The child was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital after he was "acting lethargic." After hospital officials called police, investigators went to the house and found drug paraphernalia. The boy was listed in good condition. He remained at the hospital Sunday for observation.
