Phaedra Parks’ dirty laundry is about to air out during the new season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” including some alleged secret texts to a man other than her newly-incarcerated husband Apollo Nida.
“Phaedra has been trying to paint Apollo as the loose cannon…” a source close to the show told Radar. “What a joke! The truth will come out on the new season of RHOA.”
The show’s new trailer revealed a sneak peek of the cheating rumors, with Apollo and Cynthia Bailey discussing it separately with other cast members, and Kenya Moore confronting Phaedra directly. [Watch below.]
Said the source, “She and Apollo were doing fine until she stopped showing up to his [court dates] … Apollo knew something was different.”
“He found her phone and downloaded messages,” the source said. “This was all captured on film. When Phaedra thought he had left for prison, he showed up at their home as she was changing the locks.”
“He confronted her about the affair rumors,” the source said.
But now that he’s locked up in a Kentucky prison for the next eight years, “She is trying to sway the public to her side, the source said. “But she is a fake.”
And she seems to be all but over her marriage, says the source.
“Apollo asked her to put money on his books while he is away in prison and she said no and laughed at him,” the source said. “He begged her to bring his sons to see him and she also said no.”
“She has been focused on trashing Kenya Moore and the other housewives’ reputations with lies so no one will look at what she is doing,” the source continued. “She is no southern belle!”
