Drew Peterson’s defense attorney says he’ll be taking notes as a Chicago radio station holds a mock trial of his client. Joel Brodsky says he’ll be sitting in the back of the room when hosts Greg Adamski and Karen Conti of WGN’s "Legally Speaking" program tape the mock trial next week. Adamski and Conti are partners in a Chicago law firm. He’ll serve as moderator while she acts as prosecutor and lawyer Joseph Lopez represents Peterson. Retired Cook County Circuit Court Judge Richard Neville plans to preside, and the jury will be chosen from the audience. Brodsky says the mock trial will actually consist of just closing arguments. "The People v. Drew Peterson" is set to be broadcast in two parts, on June 14 and 21. ______ Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
