Eze Phil-Ebosie is currently Director of Engineering at ComEd where he is responsible for the implementation of various strategies to modernize the electric grid. In his 19 years at ComEd, he has held several leadership and technical roles that supported ComEd’s goal to provide reliable electric service to the people of Northern Illinois. He is very active in the broader engineering community as a member of various industry groups such as Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Eze is a proven leader with a track record of implementing innovative changes in the various departments that he has led.

He enjoys volunteering with several organizations mentoring youth in STEM programs. He is extremely passionate about the development of the next generation of Black engineers. Eze resides on the Southside of Chicago where he continues to find ways to give back and uplift his community.

Eze holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and other Executive professional certifications from Yale and UC Berkely.
